The host part of thisproduction line is mainly composed of forming machine, welding machine machine,cooling installation,sizing machine,cooling device and driver five major components. With a dc motor through a gearbox, the cardan shaft is passed to the horizontal roller frame.
The pipe unit is made of roll forming principle. After forming, high frequency welding and cooling, sizing, coarse straightening , continuous produce a certain specification of the circular tube and rectangular tubes. This unit USES the average method, the frame is arranged as the seven in front five behind.
(1)forming machine
The forming machine includes feeding equipment, flat roller,vertical roller,work bench, driver etc.
(2)welding machine
Welding machine is composed of guide frame, squeezing roller, scraping the welding device, polish
rack and workbench
(3)Cooling equipment
Its function is fully cool the weld zone to ensure when through the sizing machine,the steel pipe can be sized exactly and get coarse straightening.
(4)Sizing mill
Sizing mill is composed of horizontal roller frame, vertical roll frame, coarse straightening machine frame, reducer and workbench.
