According to the order quantity, we will provide 2% of power board and common components (such as MOS tube, FUSE, etc.) before delivery, and shipping together with the finished products.
 
 
3. Service within the warranty period:

If there is any quality problem during the product warranty of 2 years, we are willing to bear all the responsibility once the defective product is confirmed by evidence of the photos and videos. then we will send corresponding replace parts soon, and promise to send you the original authentic parts to ensure the normal use of equipment or to serve your customers.
 
3-2. During the warranty period, if one same equipment has the same quality problems for three times and still cant be normally used after maintenance, we promised to replace the same brand, the same type new equipment.
 
4. Service beyond the warranty period:
 
If beyond the warranty period, we still provide equipment replacement and maintenance service, and only charge the spare parts cost but free of human services fee.

1). Are you a Trading or Manufacture?
- We are an ISO9001^* professional manufacture in producing and exports UPS power supply, Inverter power supply and solar inverter since 2013. Also we can help our customer to search other solar products power supply system with best service and warranty. * ISO9001 certificate through third party.
- We are a CE, ROHS, FCC and UL approved manufacturer / supplier specialized in inverter Products. OEM & ODM service are available.
- We have many years off-grid solar system designing and supplying experience, can provide free design service of off grid solar power system.
 
2). Can I have our Own Logo or Brand on your products and package box?
- Yes, we support OEM/ODM order and print logo on the products, Using silkscreen and laser print, also we can design requirement package.
- Certain MOQ is request for different Model products (Different mixed models is ok ) to add logo/brand on the inverter or UPS and color box. If less than MOQ, so will have, additional cost would be charged for logo, cartons and user manual.
But OEM order in Different mixed models MOQ is 50pcs at least.
What is the Packaging?
- We provide neutral Gift box packaging (Carton Box for packaging), or (Wooden Box), we also can make your own designed packaging and the MOQ is 50pcs for pure sine wave inverters. MOQ is 500pcs Color Box for modified wave products.  
- Small inverters/UPS are by export standard cartons, heavy goods by wooden box protection and bulk goods by wooden pallets after package.
- In addition, you can do customization package as your design. But MOQ is 500pcs at least  
 
3). Can I Custom the Color based on PMS? If yes, have any extra cost and MOQ?
- We have different designs and stock colors, but you can choose any PMS you like. MOQ is 500 PCS without any Extra Cost.
- Different models products have different MOQ for shape and color
 
4). What kind of material of transformer?
we have two types, one 100% copper and the other is copper with aluminum. Its depends on your requirement. In fact, those two have no difference if normal work well. Only except the long life. Copper is better and also higher price.
 
5). How do you control the items quality?     
- Each item strictly tested one by one before shipping.
- We have in each production line, 3 QC engineers test products during produce.
 
6). How's the delivery time ? 
     Usually OEM order is 5~7days after everything is confirmed by customers. And after receive the down payment agree. 
 
7). Whats your usual payment term for orders?
- We accept terms of T/T, L/C, Western union
- For small quantity (1~10pcs): 100% advanced when we confirm the order. 
- For big quantity: Clients need to pay 30% deposit when the order is confirmed, and the balance 70% should be paid before delivery and after inspection.   

8). Can you arrange the transportation for us? 
Yes, we can arrange transportation by sea or by air or others.
 
9). I am doing online business, can I order a small quantity for testing the market?
Yes. Please contact us to check whether we have stocks for the kind that you need.
