Metal polishing
machine is used to polish the the coiled metal or plate into the
BA and 6K plate. The equipment is widely used and it can be used
for polishing the single-face or double-face stainless steel
strips, copper strips, carbon steel strips and other metal
strips.
It
is mainly made up of unreeling machine, tension station,
polishing machine, winding machine and electric control
system.
The up and bottom two
grinding heads of the double-face polishing machine are in a
group. Each polishing wheel of the polishing head can be
adjusted. The speed is controlled by variable frequency. It has
the advantages of low noise, good stability, good adjustable. The
machine line can equip with several groups grinding heads
according to different requests. Polished by many grinding heads
can increase the brightness of the metal surface .
