Glass is becoming more and more popular nowadays amongst house owners, designers, contractors, renovators, etc. Reliance Home is the right place as we have all the glass products for renovation works under one roof. We use glass materials for our range of products namely shower screens, doors, windows, balcony glass, staircase glass, glass partitions, skylight, etc.

We use only *2mm Tempered Glass to manufacture our staircase glass, as all the edges are polished with curved edging to avoid any injury. It is versatile to be shaped to even curve shape unlike other glass materials. Moreover, this glass has been processed and toughened compared to normal glass. Most importantly, it will only shatter into small fragments during breakage, minimizing severe injuries and/or deep wounds.

Fixing System

Embedded Aluminium U-Channel System : This type takes more space, minimum 6" of the space for the aluminium U-Channer to be implanted into the floor or staircase side cement. Then, the *2mm or *5mm tempered glass will be embedded into the U-Channel and sealed by means of strong transparent silicon.

Stainless Steel Bolts System : This system need less space and no extra wet cement works when comes to installation. The glass panels are screwed or fixed directly into the cement, timber or metal stidewall of the staircase with the appropriate type and size of stainless steel bolts required to meet the specific installation regulations. For wider range of staircase structures, this bolted system is very suitable and versatile in application providing reliability and durability.

Handrail

Should you need to include handrails, we can also supply SUS**4 Stainless Steel or Wooden type to match your existing interior decor or to suit your personal likings.
