The RF-FY ventilated quick cooling sterilizer is a mixture of air and pressure steam.Forced circulation by the fan and the flow guide device ensures the temperature uniformity in the sterilization chamber while providing heat transfer.The cooling of sterilized products is introduced into the internal heat exchange coil through external cooling water. At the same time, the steam in the sterilization chamber is forced to condense and cool by the fan and the diversion device, so as to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.

It is widely used in the process of rapid sterilization, rapid cooling and rapid drying of pre-filled syringes, closed flexible packaging liquid bags (infusion bags, facial masks, wet wipes, etc.), plastic ampoules and other articles.
