is making use of the principle of the low melting point of material. Depending on the viscosity range of the material in molten state, the system distributes the molten metal uniformly with the the overflow cloth on the steel belt which moves under it at a constant speed. With the cooling effect provided by a continuous spray device below or above the steel belt, the material is cooled and solidified during the the process of being moved and conveyed, and thus the purpose of producing belt is achieved. According to different material features and productivity request,we can choose single belt flake, double belt press flake and large capacity flake


The belt cooling solidify system has the following characteristics,it uses belt heat conduction and Atomized spray water cooling, melitwater then quickly cool down and get solidify. For the belt is reverse bending on the discharge end which makes the joint face of belt and solidified material seperated naturally, so there is little dust when discharging,solids in granules or sheet are protected well.The distributing device and belt use double frequency control.It can adjust the parameter according to the productivity and material ,also it adopts multi section temperature control to make sure the stable and reliable operation of the system/
