This series steel pipe shot/sand blasting machine is mainly used for the rust removing or surface cleaning and intensifying of various diameters steel pipe, round steel, wind turbine tower , tank , rod steel and wires. Its a new special shot blasting equipment specific designed and manufactured by user requirements. This series of equipment has a variety of body structure, and has been characterized by high cleaning efficiency and low energy consumption. By shot blasting process , not only can remove rust, oxide skin, and various residue on workpiece surface, beauty surface and increase the surface friction and grip force, make preparation for surface non-destructive testing and anti-corrosion coating paint , but also the tensile and compressive strength of the workpiece can be enhanced, achieving the goal of workpiece protection, corrosion prevention and life increase of the workpiece.Its superior cleaning performance has made past labor-intensive methods of blasting and wire brush become obsolete.Compared to other surface treatment technology, it does not includes chemical reaction process and will not pollute the environment. The dust removing system adopts the internationally advanced pulse type device, characterized by high efficient, and after cleaning the dust emission meets the relevant requirement of the world regarding environmental protection.

 Work principles:

This machine adopts centralized blast wheel placed on the top surface of shot blasting chamber , using of oblique V -type roller conveying workpieces, steel pipe , making steel pipe and bar steel rotate while move forward . Automatic loading and unloading mechanism can be configured according to user requirements and different pattern of equipment can be chosen according to your workpiece different size.This series of equipment has a uniform cleaning effect , a compact entire structure , and its also very easy to maintain.When shot blasting machine clean a variety of workpieces , workpieces will be placed on special tooling , driven by the tapered roller body , to run along the rail into shot blasting chamber , so workpieces can be fully cleaned up . After the shot blasting process, blast wheel will be stopped and then equipment will be sequentially stopped. Equipment pipeline has been set to: steel pipe - shot blasting room - steel pipe output.

We have achieve the full automatic control of the entire machine by PLC, loading and unloading system, shot controllable gates and shot delivery system can be pneumatic controlled by valve and cylinder.

This equipment has simple installation, low cost and small space occupied, no pit or other discharge line.
