Process
The polyethylene core tube has been produced firstly. Then the pipe will go through the steel wire winding unit to the outside layer extruders. Steel wire, fiberglass, polyester fiber or other kinds of high stiffness fiber could be
used as the medial reinforcement on the polyethylene pipe. With these strengthening
materials, the working pressure resistance of the composite pipe is obviously raised
compared with the same wall thickness normal PE pipe.
