UHMWPE complex pipe is made of
UHMWPE pipe and carbon steel pipe according to the scientific
process. Its outer layer is the steel pipe with flange as the
enhanced protective layer, and its inner layer is UHMWPE pipe as
the matrix pipe. The inner UHMWPE pipe is extended out of the
outer layer of the matrix nozzle and cover the flange face into a
whole structure, so we can combine UHMWPE pipe and carbon steel
pipe to form the pipeline equipments with the features of wear
resistance, impact resistance, anti-corrosion, resistance to high
pressure, self-lubrication, impact performance absorbing,
anti-bonding. The pipeline equipments are widely used in the
transport of powder and coal ash in thermal power system,
backwater pipelines, the transport of mine tailings and slurry in
the mining industry, the high-pressure transport of pulverized
coal and coal-water slurry of coal preparation plant in the coal
industry, as well as the transport of mud and corrosive media

pressure than the ordinary plastic pipe, and the water pressure
can reach 6.4 Mpa after test. UHMWPE complex pipe are not afraid
of being knocked, and the lining does not break down, especially
for some high-pressure transport pipeline equipment in the poor
environment.
3. Recycling
Steel pipe needs only one-time
investment. The old pipe can be repaired and lined UHMWPE layer
and continued to use. Every time lined UHMWPE layer, its service
time is equivalent to **5 times the life of the metal pipe, so
