Tablet IBC Systemenables lean and efficient handling of tablets and capsules while maximising the effectiveness of tablet coating and packing.

The Tablet IBC provides the capability to gently handle coated and uncoated tablets in quantities up to **0kg in one single IBC.

Reducing the number of movements of the tablet containers and connections/disconnections are two of the many key advantages of this Tablet Handling Module.  Fewer containers are required per batch, resulting in minimal operator handling time and the closed and contained nature of the transfer operation provides improved inventory control & traceability.

The Intermediate Bulk Container is at the core of the Matcon powder handling system solution. It is designed for rapid filling and emptying with washing off-line. The Intermediate Bulk Container allows all the manufacturing processes to run at the same time for optimum production efficiency.

The sizes range from **0 to ***0 litre capacity and are manufactured from Stainless Steel with a hygienic and easy-clean design.

The unique Cone Valve technology inside each Intermediate Bulk Container distinguishes Matcon from other suppliers by overcoming the normal powder handling issues of bridging, blocking and blend segregation. The vertical lifting action of the Cone Valve breaks any bridges and encourages the flow of sticky powder compositions. An annular gap is created at the outlet, allowing material to flow in a mass-flow manner, preventing rolling of particles and segregation.
