TCNZ**0D/*6D/*2D series machine tools are Swiss high speed precision CNC lathes. This kind of machine is suitable for the large-volume, multi-variety and high-precision machining of "slender shaft" parts with large length and diameter and "small" parts. The machine tool is equipped with power cutting to realize the compound machining of turning and milling.
(1) TCNZ**0D/*6D/*2D,The spindle of the TCNZ**0D/*6D/*2D series CNC lathe is the through-hole, which runs smoothly;
(2)The machine is made of resin-shaped and densely baked cast iron matrix with optimized structure
(3) Each axis is equipped with imported high precision guide rail, ball screw and precision bearings
 
(4) The machine is arranged with row type tool , simple *-axis spindle table and *-axis power tools.

  The machine has the X1, Y1, Z1, X2, Z2, C1 and C2 (optional Y2), a total of seven control shafts.
   The tool arrangement of the machine adopts two axis control (X, Y) row type tool structure. Simple, quick tool change, high reliability.
  The machine is equipped with the function of four-axis drilling and processing, which can complete the drilling and tapping of the shaft end.
