1. After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to TECHNO. All expenses generated will
be paid by customer. Customer can also consign TECHNO to finish inspection work.
2. After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, please arrange preparation work, TECHNO will send
technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
3. Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.
4. Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
5. The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa formalities, airplane tickets (round-way),
residency, meals, and interpreter
3.7 Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, TECHNO will not be responsible for any
discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services:
*2 months from B/L date.
During this guarantee period, TECHNO will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy
caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, TECHNO will provide the buyer spare parts
at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
TECHNO will supply the buyer cost price of spare parts and provide long-term technical guide.
