THB***4AH Dual Full Bridge MOSFET Stepper Driver IC

The THB***4AH is a PWM chopper-type sinusoidal micro-step bipolar stepping motor driver IC.

Itsupports 8 kind of excitation modes and forward/reverse mode and is capable of low-vibration, high-performance drive of *-phase bipolar type stepping motors using only a clock signal.

2,Uses high withstand voltage BICD process:Ron (upper + lower)   0.4 (typ.).

3,Forward and reverse rotation control available.

4,Selectable phase drive (1/2, 1/8, 1/*0, 1/*6, 1/*0, 1/*2, 1/*0, 1/*4 step).

5,Output monitor pins (DOWN / ALERT).

6,Equipped with reset and enable pins.

7,Built-in thermal shutdown(TSD) and over-current detection(ISD) circuit.
