Various applications in agricultural and elctronic parts packaging. Such as fish box. ICF. Insert, decoration parts. Helmet. Model. etc.

The machine has many improvements compare to the basic type shape molding machine and the features are as follows:
1. Machine structure:
A, All frame are welded by *6/*0mm steel plate with high machine legs, greatly improve machine' strength.
B, High machine legs made by strong "H" type profile. It is easy for client to install the machine(only keep floor foundation).
2. Filling system: Adopt normal pressure, vacuum for high pressurized filling. Material filling controlled by level sensor with double rotation chamber discharge and has got *4 filling outlets.
3. Steam system: Adopt balance PID control valve with Germany gauge, greatly improve steam accuracy and reduce consumption around *0% compare with A/B type;
4. Cooling system: Big vacuum pump with vertical tank, equipped with vertical vacuum cooling water spray on the top, vacuum
Pump outlet has air, water separator. All these keep very high efficiency, so that vacuum cooling will be used as main cooling
Instead of water cooling(normally water cooling will be set up only ***2s), which will keep the water content of product less than *0%;
5. Drainage system: Increase large inlet and outlet of mould, adopts *- 1" inlet for steam, keep fast cycle time, 6/**2" outlet for
Drainage system, 6" big drainage pipe is controlled by butterfly valve, greatly increase heating and drainage speed;
6. Control system:
A, Adopts PLC( Mitsubishi) and touch screen ( Schneider) make operation easy.
B, All electronic components adopt famous brands(Schneider, Omron, Germany gauge), greatly improve the machines stability;
C, The air coolingsteamde-mouldpressure of filling are controlled by long-distance balance valve control.
