Application:Mainly used in drying Slag,Sand,Coal,Iron

Work process of sand rotary dryer:
In the system,there are fan and burner devices. In the
discharge system,there are discharge device and dust collector
and other devices which will be designed according to the
customer's requirement.
The material first go into the inside drum,because there are the
spiral shape boards fixed in the drum,when the dryer make rotary
working,the spiral shape board will stir the material and make
the material do longitudinal movement,when the material
reach the right side of the drum,under gravity effect,the
material go into the second drum,because of director plate
device,the material go into the second drum ,and the same work
principle ,the material go into outside drum,in the drying
working process,the material make three times drying,so the
material can be dried completely.
The advantage of Three Drum Rotary Dryer:
1.Save floor space of the machine;
2.Lower cost than normal dryer
3.The temperature of the final product is low,the
life of dust collector is long.
4.The material of this dryer is alloy steel,more
wear-resistant and longer life than normal dryer.

6.Because the temperature of the final product is
low,so the final product can be packed directly and continuously.
7.The fuel can be coal,oil,gas and so on.
