The production process of this automatic machine to make toilet paper is : Unwinding _ embossing _perforating_ rewinding _ tail trimming,gluing and sealing.The whole process is fully automatic. It is equipped with inverter speed control and PLC, touching screen control. It is a suitable choice for small to middle scale toilet roll converter.
Function and Features of high speed toilet paper machine
1. This Wholesale high
speed toilet paper
machine is designed with computer control system,
fully automatic in production process, the function is complete and
the production speed is high.
2. This machine can automatically exchange the core,
winds, sprays, the glue and seals without stopping the machine
and also automatically raise and lower speed when exchanging the
core.
3. When exchanging the core, the machine will be tight first and
loose later to avoid dropping off the roll
core.
4. This machines used to make toilet paper equipped
with automatic alarm to indicate filling up of core pipe. The
machine will be automatically stopped when there is no core
pipes. 5. Automatic alarm for breaking off of
paper.
6. Equipped separate tension control for each unwinding jumbo
roll.
7. It is convenient to change the feature to produce any other
core pipe winding.
8. Left paper remind after sealing of product for convenient
use.
9. Euipped with pneumatic lifting device, w high speed toilet
paper machine hich make the jumbo rolls can be easily sent to
the jumbo roll stands.
