Tempered and heat-strengthened glass is made by heating ordinary glass to its softening point and then suddenly cooling down to form compression in the surface layer of the glass, thus the mechanical strength is increased by times.
 
Features of Tempered Glass:
Safety: Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments which are relatively harmless to human body.
High strength: 5 times stronger than annealed glass.
Excellent thermal stability: it withstands abrupt change of temperature.

Tip: The performance of tempered glass will decline if it's a silkscreen printed glass or glass with drillings, especially for large-scale silk-screened or many drillings. Attention:


1.Because of inner tensile stress distribute on the surface of tempered glass, stress points on the glass surface but not the edges, so please pay attention to protect its edges from attack when you use it.

2.When you install or use the glass, please avoid the glass to touch with the metal frame directly to prevent spontaneous broken when it be heated or cold!

3.When you carry or transport the glass, please keep one glass be separated from another to prevent scratch.

4.Should pay attention to protect the edge of irregular shaped glass, because the quality of the glass edge can cause the glass spontaneous broken
