The Technology

***0TWL***1 Solar Telecom Tower Light innovatively combines environment friendly solar power with an intelligent and sophisticated circuit design and high intensity light source (LEDs) enabling advanced light output control and battery power management.

A photovoltaic panel is integrated within the unit to provide power to the circuit and the battery backup which provides more than *8 hours of unimpeded operation. An intelligent charging circuit enables efficient charging of batteries while providing overcharge and low voltage protection, to prevent any damage to the batteries.

Tempered glass protects the photovoltaic panel against harsh environment and enhances the product’s operational life.

The intelligent circuitry controls the operation of the unit by sensing ambient light intensity. It automatically turns the unit on at dusk and turns the unit off at dawn.

The unit itself is made of all weather and UV protected Polycarbonate material which is environmentally sealed.

The specially designed surface of the unit enhances light visibility and uniformity.

A unidirectional valve is incorporated inside the unit to discharge internal gas pressure beyond 2 psi, to avoid structural deformity and external contamination.

For high light intensity ground powered LED’s based units are also provided which operate at *0Vdc to *6Vdc. These units do not have solar PV panel and backup batteries. These units are provided in the form of single or pairs with one master & one slave unit.
