Grade: VC-PE 75TR

Application

VC PE 75TR contents transparent mineral and virgin polyethylene. This transparent masterbatch is mainly used for plastic bags, injection molding for bottle blowing, plastic pipe, packaging tapes, shopping bags, rubbish bags and other bags in general, non-woven fabrics and tape casting.

High quality environmentally-friendly, avirulent insipidity and no dust pollution according to the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.

Good dispersion, good melting, easy processing and increase performance.
Processing can be done at once and high filling and thus reduce costs.
Enhance products hardness, stiffness, wear resistance and reduce shrinkage.
Reduce the abrasion to the equipment, natural white increase efficiency.
Good natural whiteness and transparency.

Processing suggestions

General loading is recommended at 5~10% with variation according to the products.
The processing temperature is set according to resins processing temperature and it applies well among 220±40oC.

Package, Transportation and Storage

PE/PP heavy-duty bag, 25kg/ bag.
Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage in transportation

The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use product immediately after opening the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90oC for 30 minutes.
