twin screw are designed for syntropy rotating structure.The mixed
materials under the precision engagement of screw sleeve and the
kneading block on the twin-screw make the multi-component materials
achieving the best distribution and dispersion effect in the
thermal conditions, which is the ideal equipment to produce
top-quality powder coating.
Principle
After the
materials into the hopper, materials are uniformly feeding into the
screw barrel of extruder though the feed screw , and then by
syntropy high speed
rotation of a pair of screw to transport material
to extrude and melting mix, which the
multi-component materials achieving the best distribution
and dispersion effect in the thermal conditions.
