The UTA***3B is a dedicated chip for ultrasonic measurement
applications which integrates high-precision time measurement
unit, high-speed pulse generator unit, temperature measurement
unit, comparator, analog switch, Schmitt trigger, first wave
detection unit and so on. Thanks to these characteristics, the
UTA***3B is perfectly suited for the application to ultrasonic
heat meter, flow meter and other products.
There are both QFN*2 and LQFP*2 packages for UTA***3B which is
next generation's upgrade for UTA***3. It offers pin-to-pin and
functional compatibility with UTA***3.
