UV Point Curing System

UV Point Curing system is a high performance, high intensity compact light curing system. Maintanance free, it incorporates a ozone-free long life lamp and a highly efficeint reflector for maximum output. The system is designed for convenience of use with any curing process as it is highly portable. It is also suitable for use with conveyors.

Features:

• Long Lamp Life
  The lamp housing is designed to optimize airflow so that there is proper and adequate cooling of the lamp. This will prevent hot spots and arc sputtering thus helping to maintain good life span for the lamp. The lamp is also designed with does not degrade sharply over time.
  
• Cool light Output
  UV Point also comes with a diachronic coated mirror, which reflects only the usable UV wavelengths of light through the light guide. IR, which is the main cause of heat, is thus minimized. This ensures that curing will be as cool as possible. Combined with an optional inline filter, heat transmitted to the substrate/material can be cut even further. This compares favorably to units in this class, which only uses inline filter thus resulting in high IR being transmitted.
  
• Timer Controlled Shutter
  UV Point also has a simple and easy to use timer for the control of the shutter. The timer can be switched from auto to manual for operator control of curing duration this is situated on the front panel for easy access.

• Quick-change Lamp
  An important and convenient feature of the system is its quick changing of lamp. The lamp can be accessed by removing a side panel just by loosening a single thumbscrew.
