OPERATING  PRINCIPLE
vacuum process cast molding is a new  metal molding technology and only adopt dry sand (no water, binder, tagger)

It's automatic by a electric control system.

Steps:

1.Make use of  the heated EVA  film covering on the model to seal flask.
2.Take out the air with vacuum pump. The sand mould is tightened by pressure difference.
3.Pouring to form the casting
4.The course is physics molding way. Relase little dust,so it's eco-friendly. And the sand recovery rate can reach at *5%
TECHNOLOGY PROCESS

1.Heat the EVA film
2.Cover the heated EVA film on the mould(can be made from wood or aluminum)
3.Spray a coating in a certain baume degree
4.Put on the empty blask
5.sand-up the flask and vibrate to compaction
6.cover film on the full flask
7.vacuate the sand flask
8.lift flask
9.mould assembling

*1.pouring
*2.loose sand flask

MAIN EQUIPMENTS

1.Vacuum stablized system: Vacuum pump, Vacuum meter, Surge tank, dust removal tank, steam separator
2.Molding system: Die shoe, Automatic  roast Laminator, sand molding box , Vibrating table,  Manipulator, Die lifter.
3.Sand reclamation system: Sand screen, Elevator, Conveyor. sand bin
