Vacuum Brazing Furnace(Double Chambers Structure)

This machine mainly using in insulation cups industry.

Functional Characteristics：
1、Eequpment is double vacuum chamber,a set of pumping system configuration scheme. Two chambers can alternate work,increase production efficiency. 
2、Vacuum cavity design for double hull,intermediate sandwich for water layer.
3、Electrical adopt PLC program,man-machine interface (touch screen)for operation control system.Can operate by manual ,semi-automatic and full-automatic operation.
4、Heating temperature and time can be set at random.
5、Monitoring system
     1) Match digital display compound vacuum gauge.
     2) Match temperature monitoring device automatically.
     3) Match water automatic alarm device.
     4) Match pneumatic automatic alarm device.
6、Automatic control system functions:
     1) Vacuum system control and process shows.
     2) The basic unit of work control and power show.
     3) Security alarm and diagnostic display.
7、Work rest is fixed form,installed in the middle of the cavity.There are three
 layers(upper,middle and down) ,cup basket is placed in work rest.
8、Using small hydraulic forklift to load and unload the workpiece. (It need to prepare
by customer)
