1)   With spring type secures stable sealing performance(incluing TA,TB,TC,SA,SB,SC).

2)   Rubber O.D wall type provides stable sealing performance around the seal O.D surface(including TC,SC,KC,VC).

3)   Metal O.D wall type ensures improved fitting retention between the seal O.D and the housing bore(including TB,SB,KB,VB).

4)   Reinforcing inner metal case in the metal O.D wall type protects the main lip(including TA,SA,KA,VA).

5)   With minor lip type is applied for the application where there are many contanimants at the air side(back face side)(including TA,TB,TC,KA,KB,KC)
Rubber material,operational temperature range and chemical resistance characterstics.

1)   Nitrile rubber(NBR)

1.   well-balanced rubber in resistance to high-,low-temperature,and to abrasion.

2.   High resistant to both high-and low-temperatures and to abrasion.

3.   Very strong and low strain,Superior in resistance to high- and low-temperature.(allowable temperature is **5~***0)

4.   Enhanced heat and abrasion resistance,highly compatible with synthetic oil.

5.   Nitrile rubber passed tests specified in the Food Sanitation Law.

2)   Hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)

Compared with nitrile rubber,superior in resistance to heat and to abrasion.(allowable temperature is **0~***0).

3)   Acrylic rubber(ACM)

1.   High resistant to oil and to abrasion.

2.   Improved low-temperature resistance.Low strain and same level heat resistance as standard type.(allowable teperature is **0~***0).

4)   Silicone rubber(VMQ)

Wide operational temperature range and good abrasion resistance.(allowable temperature is **0~***0).

5)   Rluorocarbon rubber(FKM)

Most superior in heat resistance and good abrasion resistance.(allowable temperature is **0~***0).

6)   Fluororubber(FPM)

Resistance to high- and low-temperature and to oil,Allowable temperature is **0~***0).

7)   Polyurethane(PU)

With good mechnical performance,resistance to abrasion,always appied to redial seal.

8)   Polytetyafluoroethylene(teflon)

Corrosion-resistant performance with the name of “teflon”,good anti-aging endurance resistance and good acids resistance.Allowable temperature is ***0~***0.

9)   Nylon(PA)

Nylon is the most important plastic used in engineering.
O-rings
Rubber O-rings: nitrile rubber, natural rubber, Viton and silicone rubber; With resistance to oil, high temperature, high pressure, corrosion,acid and alkali, wear resistance and good elacticity characteristics; O-rings are applied for machinery sealing, automotive sealing, especially in the pressure transmission system. O-rings have a circular section, an annular rubber rings, and are mainly used for the static conditions of the machinery to prevent the leakage of liquid and the gaseous medium. The initial compression of the aspects of the radial or axial direction at the time of installation, increase the initial sealing capacity of the O-rings themselves.
