Magnetic clutch is a drive unit ( shaft) and the slave unit (output shaft) merger. In the space between the two groups of cells, filled with magnetic granular powder (off-plot about *0 microns). When the magnetic coil is not conductive, the torque will not pass from the driven shaft, but if the current to the electromagnetic coil , magnetic powder was hardened by generated eletromagnetic field and  following the slip torque was transferred from drive unite to slave unit.
