Window Patcher Model **0 The moveable units design allows to register the patching for paper window, film and glue during machine is running, and finish the regulation for a new size job within *5 minutes but Not necessary for stopping machine. The servo motor coordinated with vibrating motor fits to smoothly feed various thickness paper boxes, make it possible to run at high speed. Special rotary cutter enables to cut film thickness of *0~**0mircrons. Special design of patching cylinder with building-in sucking&blowing device ensures to hold and release film patch onto window via PLC control. Double unwinder for film allows to patch 2 films on 2 windows or overlaping some location in one time.Gluing roller disengages once double-sheets or no-sheet feed. Parameters are able to presetted or recalled or adjusted on screen even at operation.
