Features of Aluminum Profile:

Surface Finish

Mill Finish	Finish of aluminum itself, with a natural anodic layer formed in the air, weak corrosion resistance.
	Shine metal silver.
Anodizing	Through an electrical process to form a certain layer of anodic layer on the surface of profile. Anodizing is about 8-124um.
	Available in different colors like metal silver, champagne, dark bronze, black, and the same color with matte effect.
Electrophresis	Base on anodized process, an extra transparent film is formed to make the surface clearer and look bit of shinning. With very good corrosion resistance.
	Available in different colors like metal silver, champagne, black, and the same color with matte effect.
Powder coating	The powdered paint is electrostatically charged and sprayed onto the part, to form a thick layer to protect the surface. With very good corrosion resistance. Powder coating is about 60-80um.
	Available in all kinds of colors.
Wooden grain	New technology in finishing to form a texture look like real wood.
	Available in types of wood pattern. Hand touch or film transferring are both available. Customized accepted.

2.Q: What is the MOQ and payment terms ?
A:Usually MOQ for 6063 T5 is 1MT, MOQ for T6 and other grade profile is 5MT.
The payments are: (1)30% T/T as deposit, 70% against the B/L copy;
(2)irrevocable L/C 100% at sight.

3. Q: How many kinds of products of aluminum you have?

R: No. About Powder coating, the bright-color will higher than white or gray. About the
Anodizing, colorful will higher than silver, and black higher than colorful.

7. Q: Which way you calculate the weight?
R: We can choose both theoretical weight and actual weight, base on the clients requirements.
