Standard terms & conditions (negotiable):
Six monthly checkups where required for Chiller & Package
Units:
• Air filter(s) cleaning
• Evaporator cleaning
• Physical checkup of machines
• Electrical panel-board cleaning
• V-belts checkup and adjustment
• Compressor oil level maintaining (if available)
• Coolant quantity checkup from sight glass
• Condensing unit washing with pressurized water
Monthly checkups:
• Gas leakage checkup
• Checking voltage and amperes of the units
• General Physical checkup of all cooling units
• Checkup of suction and discharge pressures of compressor (if
available)
• Two calls per month shall be attended free of charge after which
SR. **0 will be charged per call.
