Type YZ*4A Electric actuator is linear motion output, armored type linear proportional electromagnet structure. The electromagnetic actuator specially used for linear pump fuel precise control. It has the following main characteristics:
•Simple structure, reliable performance, maintenance-free
•Have manual stop and refueling, power limitation function, etc
•Observe fuel injection pump rack position at real time
•The actuator working voltage is DC*4V
•The actuator is built-in installation, suitable for 6 cylinders,8 cylinders, *2 cylinders in-line pump medium power diesel engine.
•When YZ*4A actuator used for adjusting the speed of diesel engine, need to dismantle Oil pump mechanical governor,connecting actuator's output rod with fuel injection pump rack.
•The actuator adapts to type ESC***0 or type ESC***0 controller of SDE.YYEC.
Operating principle Engine governor is a precision control device, which control stably the engine to run in the set working speed. Electronic governor is widely used in engine speed regulating system because of its advantages, such as reliable performance, complete function, easy installation and maintenance, excellent performance control of speed.Engine electronic governor consists of speed controllers, actuators, tachometric transducers and connection cables, etc. The desired speed of engine is set by speed setting potentiometer of speed controller. The actual speed of engine is collected by magnetoelectricity speed sensors of installation on flywheel ring gear, the output signal is frequency and engine speed proportioned AC voltage signal. The signal changed into DC voltage through the F/V circuit, after comparing with the speed setting value to get a speed deviation value. The deviation value changed into PWM current control mode after operating and amplifying of PID regulator, then export drive currenthe actuator. Under the action of drive current, actuator will compress the reset spring to do linear motion output. Actuator is armored type DC proportional electromagnet, refueling direction driving force in proportion to control current in coil winding, the reset force of reducing oil direction grew
out of the reset spring, actuator’s output rod make engine fuel injection pump
rack motion to reduce speed deviation direction, so as to control the engine
operate stable in set speed.
