The large clearance room under arm is very useful when sewing windsurfing sail, spinnakers, awnings, boat covers, wetsuits, expanse filters and other technical textiles. This arm is factory cast for strength & stability (Not a cut and piece extended arm), to avoid vibration and noise even sewing heavy boat sails. The stitch length up to 5mm and zigzag width of max.*0 mm, all common operations on modern sails can be realized up to 8 mm thick fabrics and threads up to Nm *5/3 are processed without any problems. The rear puller feeding system ensures consistent feed, to avoid any material shifting and puckering. The application covers straight stitch, *-step, *-step, *-step, *-step and *-step zigzag in production of spinnakers, and up to medium heavy sails.
