The filling and seaming combined machine is developed from the original combined machine. It is suit for filling and seaming of the easy- opening aluminum can and PET can in beverage industry.

The machine is re-designed, especially for the filling valve, crafts of the tank and tank-cleaning procedure. It makes the machine more quick and precious, and mean to the requirements of the sanitary in beverage industry.

The machine adopts the fixed quantify filling valves in single-room under pressure. The seal is duplicate coiling, and stepless speed adjusting. The machine adopts advanced mechanism, electric and pneumatic control technique, having the characteristics of calmly filling, high speed, stable liquid level, tight seaming and tiny loss of materials.The electrical part of the machine use PLC(Schneider)order to control,general power is 5.5KW,the main engine uses modulation frequency(Schneider)change speed,the falling lids controlled by the imported approach switch,and also have the alarming function of no lid. It fit for the filling and seaming of every kinds of easy-opening can in beverage industry.
