Air Cooled Refrigerated Air Dryer

The amount of water vapor in compressed air is determined by the water content of compressed air: in the case of keeping the pressure of compressed air basically unchanged, reducing the temperature of compressed air can reduce the content of water vapor in compressed air, and the excess water vapor will condense into liquid. The refrigerated air dryer is based on the corresponding relationship between the saturated steam pressure and temperature of water. The compressed air is cooled to a certain dew point temperature by the refrigeration device, and the water contained in it is separated out. The water is discharged through the air-water separator and the electric drainer, so that the compressed air can be dried. The cooling device of air-cooled refrigerated air dryer of Henan Chaodun is air-cooled condenser.
