Ampoule Sealing Machine
Instruction and
features:
1: This
machine is a type of improved product of tradition ampoule
sealing machine.
2: We have
overcome the previous problems by joining the two parts of
machine into one .Therefore we no longer need to connect and
insert the pipe to the pump for additional gas supporting
combustion temporarily to support and make the turntable in
arrangement at the initial starting phase
The
following is still required:
(1):
Connect gas or petroleum then adjust switch to obtain
combustion gas.
Positive
results
(2): Focus
flame can be easily set to meet the average temperature
requirement.
(3): While
heating the ampoule bottle it will rotate slowly in the
turntable thus can make the bottle neck heated evenly.
(4): After
the focus flame heating the bottle neck to a pliable state, you
can use the tweezers to pull the upper part of the bottle neck
away and seal it, this will leave a bright and smooth sealing
in the end.
3: This new
machine is quiet while working, the speed of sealing is fast
and easy to set up for production. Its design is simple and
convenient to be inspected and kept. The arrangement of setup
makes the process of rotating and depositing bottles creative
when removing and carrying the bottles to another location
simply and easily.
The
new Ampoule Sealing Machine is best suited for hospital, small
medicine factory, research institution and biological liquid
manufacturing.
