Overseas scrap suppliers export to China should have Licence of Registration for Overseas Supplier Enterprise of Imported Scrap Materials issued by General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quranantine of the peple's Republic of China(AQSIQ), We call it AQSIQ Licence.
Only you have got AQSIQ Licence, can you apply for Pre-Shipment inspection and get CCIC certificate which used for China customs clearance .
For Chinese buyers, If they want to pass through the China custom,they must have your AQSIQ Licence copy and CCIC's Certificate original.
