I'm a luxembourgish citizen who owe some organic (biological) olive grooves in Crete, Greece.My olive grooves are situated in the mountains, on the Lashiti plateau eastern Crete, Greece. They are far away from the streets, there is no pollution of any kind.

I am producing first class, cold pressed, non filtered organic (biological) olive oil with an acidity level between 0.**0.8%.My trees get special treatments, a lot of sun, fresh air and no water. That increases the polyphenols and concentrates them on a higher level. I work hand in hand with a manufacture nearby and have very competitive prices regarding olive oils.
