1. Packaging through stations of molding by interaction of positive and negative pressures, material feed, heat sealing, punching dotted lines, cutting, Leftover tips and pieces rejection and finished goods transmitting. Simple construction and easy operation.
2. Color LCD + touch screen interface and HMI and PLC-based control system, high output, low noise, easy operation. High automation and humanization.
3. Photoelectric sensing, Alert by Humming when shortage of PVC sheet or cardboard is found.
4. A design of modular assembly provides convenient transport in and out of elevator.
5. Separate rolls of plastic film and printed cardboard feeding installation, saving much packaging materials.
6. High safety design. All doors are equipped with safety lock. The machine will shutdown whenever improper opening of one door happens.
