I. Introduction of the automatic slitting line for steel
  slitting production line is the most popularized standrad line for customer to cut material upto 6mm thick, ***0mm width of coil ,with speed **0m/min,cutting strips *0 pieces. It has the merit of extensive application scope.The machine can do uncoiling,straightening, slitting and recoiling works. Machine consists of uncoiler ,straightener ,front loop,slitting machine,scrap winder, rear loop,tension unit ,recoiler ,asisting support ,exit coil car ,hydraulic system ,electrical system and so on. 
The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. We mainly apply computer-control system of brands Mitsubishi, Yaskawa, Siemens, Baumueller, Delta, and Schneider. The information of order amount, cutting strips and speed can be to the PLC systems.This line is highly automatic with low cost ,long sevice life reliable performance .
Most customer used it together with pipe mill machine ,KJS**0 series get highly praise from customers at home and abroad.
