Trolleys have special system, heat- resistant special bearing and there is bush system with special graphite in bearing system. It has stove system, which was designed specially. It obtains high heat and contacts heat on surfaces of all planets.
It is two groups as bottom and top.
Oven working system can work with metthane and propane gas.
Machine has gas-protection system, warning system, urgent stop and safe working system. There are automatic dough adjustment system, automatic ignition, incineration and flame control system. 
It has automatic air system, sheet taking system, automatic burr cleaning by means of brush. Bottom of machine has automatic burr/ bead cleaning system with chain. There are by-pass system, which prevents to weep dough. It has dough pump with special control system and completely automatic. İnternals of the covers are manufactured from speacial insulation material and cover's adges are manufactured from speacial wicks and cr-nl materials. So covers prevent heat loss. PLC system.
