For Grade “A” product, (for export), the Casicum has a bright green
stem and is firm to the touch.
We pick the product from our farms, sort into Grades “A”, “B” and
“C”. Grade “A” is for export, grades “B” and “C” are for domestic
use only.
Export product is less than *8 hours old when it is shipped via
refrigerated containers via air freight. So the product is less
than 4 days old when it arrives at the buyer distribution centre
in Europe.
