Negative Pressure System Features

Centralized suction design ensures a stable suction pressure, the motor serves stable with a long running period whilst low fault rate. The design of installing the duct on the upper position decreases the wind drag and ensure an even negative pressure, at the same time, the upper position of the duct is clear in line of sight. The installation process is very convenient-even don't need to unmount the bobbin hanger. Self-scutching equipment ensures the uniform of negative pressure during running time, decrease the differentation between yarn and between machines.

Condensing System Feature

Patented condensing device, small roller is separated with negative pressure duct, it will be easy to check the working status of the small roller and bearings. changing the bearings will not damage the negative pressure duct, retrofit the machine to sirospun just need change the negative pressure duct, it makes the process much earsier. The patented tension bracket tenses the lattice apron evenly meanwhile eary to uninstall, during the working process, lattice apron can self-align without break down whilst prevent balling up.
