James Auctioneers & Appraisers is pleased to offer an important collection of Chinese carved jade to be sold at auction, with no reserve.  This monumental collection contains more than seven hundred pieces which date from the Neolithic Period to the Twentieth Century, Qing Dynasty. The jade was collected in Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai and throughout mainland China in the mid ***0's.  Individual pieces were sourced from old collections, estates and dealers of antiquities. Diverse dynastic periods, regional styles and varieties of jade are represented in this collection. There is one unifying theme: it was amassed over thirty-years ago by a discerning collector who demanded quality and integrity in every piece.
