Features

The roller is made of chilled cast iron. The structure is divided into bored roller and drilled roller. Hollow roller has inner cavity machining. Both smooth surface roller an fluted roller can be processed.

Total 3 adjustable pitch ways for roller: Manual, Electric and Hydraulic.

Choose tilting case and different speed ratio according to users processing requirements.

The main motor can use DC and variable frequency AC motor.

Internal Mixing Mill

Features

Application: It is used for mixing for rubber or plastics etc.

The rotors improved to shearing type and inter-meshing type, could meet most customers formula and processing requirements.

The structure of shearing type rotor has two-wings, four-wings, six-wings. Inter-meshing rotor has the wide edge and in-volute meshing area, can improve rubber dispersion and cooling effect, guarantee the quality of rubber mixing.

The contact part of the rubber material is cooled by the water circulation system, which expands the cooling area. Adjustable constant temperature control of rubber material to ensure stable quality.

It adopts PLC control system that is featured of manual and auto control, simple switching, time and temperature control and efficiently controlling the quality of rubber mixing, shortening the support.

The Modular design is mainly composed of feeder device, body and base plate; to adapt to different installation sites and facilitates maintenance.
