Coconut Flour has a strong and gorgeous, sweet coco-nutty aroma. It has a white cream color to slight yellowish, with sometimes a few brown spots from coconut meat brown skin which is natural. Coconut Flour has really high in dietary fiber content of *1% which is 3 to 4 times more fiber than wheat flour, soy flour and among others, rice bran and among others. Coconut Flour is **0% Natural, High Fiber Content, Gluten Free, Dietary Food, Vegan, Non Allergen and Non-GMO.
