Excellent resistance to weathering and corroision. The coating of
Kynar**0, Hylar***0 offers *5 years color retention
Good manufacturability. The aluminum plate can be machined into
flat, arc type and special shape.

spraying technology allows the paint to be sprayed on the
aluminum surface uniformly. Full range of colors are

Surface
treatment
After cleaning,chromizing, the surface of WILLSTRONG aluminum
panel will be coated with primer, color paint and then vanish.
The main ingrediants are polyvinylidene florothylene resin. And
there are generally two, three and four coating layers according
to specific requirements.
Florothylene coating has excellent corrosion resistance and
weather resistance, and also good resistance to acid,salt, and
all kinds of pollustions. And it also ofter long color retention
without chalking. We choose quality paint from the world known
company such as PPG,DNT,AKZO and NIPPON etc., and can provide
numerous colors and custom colors.
