Honeycomb paperboard is a composite material with inner structure similar to honeycomb .It has advantage of light weight, high rigidity, resistance to shearing force and pressure. And it also has good performance on thermal isolation, acoustic isolation, shock and vibration absorption. The steps for the production of paperboard is follows, &#***9;Produce honeycomb paper(core) by honeycomb paper(core) production system(1st part) . &#***9;Cut honeycomb paper(core)board into strips for core connection by paper cutting machine(2nd part). &#***9; Laminate paper on the expanded honeycomb paper to form paperboard by honeycomb paperboard lamination system(3rd part). Honeycomb Paperboard can be cut, slit, punch and drilled for purpose.
