KHR-A detector  for testing Oil quenching medium characteristic,lower price than IVF smartquech  

For quenching of steel components, the following effects are expected:

(1) high and uniform hardness and adequate hardened depth;

(2) no quenching crack;

(3) little or no distortion.

Proper selection of quench media is a premise for achieving these goals. At present, the coolingcharacteristics of a quench medium are measured mostly by adopting the international standard(ISO***0), and are illustrated on the cooling rate curve. However, in order to quench a particular workpiece with definite shape, size and property requirements.

Question:

1).how to decide an ideal quench medium based on its cooling characteristics?

2).In a workshop one quench tank is usually used to treat a variety of workpieces made from different steels. How can we choose a common quench medium for such varieties?
As we  know, some workpieces were not sufficiently hardened when quenched in oil, while they were cracked when quenched in water. So the data about the cooling rate at **0 centigrade or the time cost  of the temperature cooling to **0,**0,**0 centigrade are most important to heat treatment.

Problems:
After the quenchants are used in long time , Their Cooling Characteristics are changed. If the workpieces are treated at that time, it  will cause much loss

  • After measurement, the temperature and cooling rate and else results are displayed on a flexible LCD touch screen.
