Principle
Shotcrete machine is a new and high efficient device for spraying mix of aggregate to targeted place,such as tunnel, culvert and construction wall and so on. This device takes concrete pump to transport mix of aggregate through piping to nozzle. And then the mixed aggregate meets the compressed air which is with accelerating admixture before it is sprayed onto the targeted place.

Advantage One: High Efficiency, Low Energy Consumption
This item of ours is equipped with a larger hopper and a strong and steady system of intelletual hydraulic pressure. When it comes to providing aggregate, the discharing speed and continuity is much more effective in comparison with manpower handling. So the spraying efficiency has been highly improved as the result of effectively reducing the unecessary rotation of machine. It's tested that the spraying efficiency has been increased by more than *0% comparing to manpower loading aggregate.

Dut to high efficiency, the spraying time has been reduced. So does the amount of used electricity. According to the incomplete statistics, the electricity saving is about *5%.

First of all, the outlet of hopper precisely aims at the discharing hopper of shotcrete machine in the process of automatic discharing, without the loading process of manpower, avoiding waste of the mix aggregate and stive pollution.

Secondly, the returning gas structure of this model differs from the one of common shotcrete, which completely eliminates the stive of returning gas.

This model takes automatic controlling system. Buttons of switch for operation have been integrated onto one panel, which is esay to operate, not requiring professional training.

What's more, the accessory of motivity wheel is equipped. Its high speed can be up to 5 kilometers per hour, low speed 2.5 kilometers. Excellent agility for turning around.
