| It’s our patented machine, combining gelatin scrap cleaning & grinding processes in one. The mesh gelatin is loaded into this device after it was discharged from encapsulation machine. Then the ‘wasted’ gelatin goes through grinding, cleaning, dehydrating and recycling process on the gelatin recycling machine. The speed is changeable by frequency inverter. The size of recycled gelatin is adjustable. The equipment can work continuously without safety problem. The ‘saved’ gelatin is clean which can be used right after the recycling.
