SETAKY^® Tile Adhesive: It is a grey, cementitious powder, fast setting, polymer modified, powdered cement based adhesive, specifically formulated to bond tiles onto a variety of substrates.

Application range                                                                     
- All sizes floor tiles, and wall tiles smaller than **0x**0mm;
- All types of ceramic, porcelain, slate, small size natural stone, granite and marble, etc;
- For both interior and exterior application;
                                                                         
Key properties                                                                       
-       Easy to handle, performance is better than general cement mortar;
-       High adhesive bond strength;
-       Sliding-resistance, thin construction layers, no hollowness, environment friendly, waterproof well.
                                                                         
Surface preparation                                                                  
 

• All surface should be strong, dry, clean, no shake, oil stain, wax stain, concrete curing agent and other loose things.
• If the surface is covered with paint, it should be hacked and at least exposed *0%.
• New concrete surface should be cured for *8 days at least, then pave tile.
• New plaster base should be cured for 7 days at least. Then pave tile.
• You can use industrial detergent or degreasing dirt agent to clean the old concrete or plaster surface. Then use high pressure tap to clean up. It can be paved tile after airing *4h.
• Before construction, the surface need to be wetted, if the surface is water absorption strong or in high temperature, dry environment.

                                                                         
Packaging and Storage                                                               
 
A. Standard Packing: In *5kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
 
Store it in a cool, dry place below *0°C and protected against humidity and pressing, since the goods is thermoplastic, storage time should not exceed six months.
